How do I change my password?
If you have forgotten your password- select forgot your password. Clicking this will email a temporary password to the email address you have on file. If you know your password and would like to change it:
Login to theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com
  • Click Additional Service Tab on right side of screen
  • Click Change Password/Secret Question
  • Enter current password- enter password you wish to change to- click change password
 
How do I update my profile information? I’d like to update my address
In order for us to make the change on the account, we will require that you scan and email or fax one of the following documents as proof of address.  Please ensure that your name and address both appear on the document for verification.  You may email to support@loyaltycardplus.com or fax to702-851-4755.  Please reference “Address Change” on the request.  
  • Scanned image of the Driver’s License or equivalent State Issued Identification card
  • Copy of a utility bill
  • Copy of a Pay Stub
 

How do I sign up for Borgata Online Prepaid Card?
Visit theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com and click on the “Get a Card” link.  This link will take you to the screen to enroll in your Borgata Online Prepaid Card and fund your card to start playing! It is easy to enroll- you can instantly fund, activate, and use funds to play.  The physical card will be mailed to your address on file within 10-14 days after you fund the account.


What are the requirements to get the Borgata Online Prepaid Card? 
Getting the Borgata Online Prepaid Card is easy. There is a registration process where we will ask you to enter your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and social security number. All U.S. citizens must provide their Social Security Number as the form of government ID. Once this information has been verified you are accepted.  After loading funds onto the account, a card will be mailed to your address within 10-14 business days.


What are the benefits to using the Borgata Online Prepaid Card?
The Borgata Online Prepaid Card is a great way to manage your money online and can be used everywhere Discover® is accepted.  The Borgata Online Prepaid Card has a very high approval rate when loading funds and is easy to use.  You can also load winnings and withdraw funds through the online casino at casino.theborgata.com or poker.theborgata.com


How do I load funds to my Borgata Online Prepaid Card with a Credit or Debit Card?
Log on to theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com. 
  • Enter your card information on the landing screen- enter card number, security code, expiration date, and amount you would like to transfer.
  • Click save this card information if you would like the system to remember your card information.
  • Click transfer.  A confirmation screen will be provided: Confirm the information is correct.  Then enter the visual verification code at the bottom of the screen- click submit. 
Important:  Please note, the address on the card you are using to fund needs to be the same as the address on file with the Prepaid Card. You can select to save this Credit or Debit Card in the system to make the card information easily available for subsequent loads. Fees may apply to this funding transaction, for details please see the Terms and Conditions. 

 
How does my Borgata Online Prepaid Card work?
With the Borgata Online Prepaid Card, there is no credit limit and no credit check. Instead, the Card's spending limit is determined by the amount of money you load onto the card up to the maximum balance. For example, if you load $350, then the card will only allow you to spend up to $350 (less any applicable fees). You can use your Card at millions of locations worldwide everywhere Discover® is accepted and at any ATM that accepts PULSE® and NYCE cards. 


How do I transfer funds from my prepaid card to my wagering account?
  • Login to online casino at theborgata.com
  • Select fund my account using my Borgata Online Prepaid Card
  • Enter the 12 digit payment ID number provided to you during enrollment or printed on your card carrier
  • Enter the dollar amount to transfer (Any value below or up to the balance on the Prepaid Card may be transferred to the wagering account.)
  • Click Submit
 

How do I transfer funds from my wagering account to my Prepaid Card?
  • Login to online casino at theborgata.com 
  • Select cash out and load funds to Prepaid Card
  • Enter the 12 digit payment ID number provided to you during enrollment, or printed on your card carrier
  • Enter the dollar amount to transfer (Any value below or up to the balance on the wagering account may be transferred to the Prepaid Card.)

My credit / debit card was declined when attempting to Load Funds to my Borgata Online Prepaid Card.
It is possible that the information that was supplied during enrollment for the Borgata Online Prepaid Card does not match the information on file at your Financial Institution. The card you are attempting to fund with must be the same address as the Prepaid Card.  Please contact your financial institution to confirm the information that is associated with your credit or debit card. How do I transfer funds to or from my bank account?
Transferring funds from a bank account has a process to start but once set up, is very simple and easy to use.  You can schedule funds to transfer from your bank account to your Prepaid Card on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly basis.
To verify and set up bank account:
Login to theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com
  • Click load funds- click my bank accounts
  • Click bank to card account
  • Enter bank account information- check box to accept terms and conditions- click register
  • Once you have registered the bank account, 2 micro payments will be placed into your bank account.  As soon as you verify the micropayments, the bank account will be stored and ready to use to transfer funds for use and play.
  • Once bank account is registered:
  • Click load funds- bank to card
  • Enter the account information and the amount you wish to transfer
  • Select the frequency you would like for the transfer
  • Click Transfer
  • These transfers take 5-7 days for the first transfer but scheduled transfers will arrive 5 business days from the scheduled date.
 

Can I schedule a transfer frequency from my credit/debit card to my Borgata Online Prepaid Card?
You will have the ability to set up a credit or debit card as a funding source by logging on to theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com and entering the necessary information to add the card to your profile for future use. However, due to the requirements of the credit and debit card processors, it will be necessary to select the credit card and input an amount to be funded for each funding transaction. 
 

What are the monthly fees for my Card?
The Borgata Online Prepaid Card has one of the lowest fee structures in the industry at $3.00 per month. Be sure to take advantage of offers to waive your monthly fee by doing 2 or more ACH Transfers in one month. Can my Borgata Online Prepaid Card be sent to a PO Box?
No, cards must be sent to a physical address.


How do I reset/change my PIN number?
Your PIN can be reset using the IVR at 1-877-220-3988 (push 4 once card number is entered) or by logging in to theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com.  The PIN value is set to a default value, last 4 of your SSN, when you first enroll for the card but can be changed once the card is activated. 
  • Login in to theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com
  • Hover over the additional services tab on the right side of the screen- click ‘Change PIN’
  • Enter the current PIN and the new PIN you wish it to be changed to – click change PIN


 What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Report lost or stolen cards immediately by emailing support@loyaltycardplus.com or calling 877-220-3988. Once reported, the account will be closed and a new card will be issued to you, subject to the fee as outlined in the Cardholder Fee Schedule. Additional information regarding liabilities for lost and stolen cards is available in the Terms and Conditions at theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com.


How do I check my Card balance?
You can check your Card balance for FREE online at theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com. Or get FREE balance alerts via email or by cell phone. You can also call Customer Service at 877-220-3988 and use the automated service.
 

What if I don't agree with my available balance?

You can review posted transactions online at theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com for any discrepancies. Please keep in mind that your account may have pending authorizations that should be complete as soon as the merchant settles the transaction. If a problem exists contact us at support@loyaltycardplus.com


What if there are transactions on my account that I did not authorize?
Please contact the merchant and verify that the purchase is not legitimate. If this is the case, request that the merchant reverse the transaction and credit your account with the funds. If the merchant does not cooperate, please call 877-220-3988 for further assistance.


Does my Borgata Online Prepaid Card earn interest?
Interest is not applied to card balances.


Can I use my card to pay for gas at the pump?
You may use your Borgata Online Prepaid Card to pay for gas by going in to the gas station to make the purchase. The card will not be accepted if swiped at the pump.
